About

Good food and classic country music in Nashville, Tennessee… what in the world could these two things have in common? For starters, they are two of my favorite things. I think about both of them all the time. I cook and eat all the time. I see/hear music all the time. I love always finding ways to enjoy both at the same time. I photograph both all the time. All from Nashville, Tennessee. I decided to create a place where it can all come together and a place where we can keep track of all our food experiments and the music we love. You have just stumbled across that place. Enjoy!

In case you are curious, I use mostly organic ingredients and try to support local stores, farmers, and producers when possible. I have been a natural foods grocery shopper since college- always seeking out the co-ops and independently owned and operated purveyors- so this has been a very long but natural progression of sourcing and buying food ingredients in which I feel good about. I honestly feel we can heal and maintain healthy bodies through the food that we eat. This idea totally inspires me.
